1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the atm138 website accessible at https://atm138.cam and all associated services, features, and game products available therein.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to atm138, the operator of this Platform.
• "You" / "User" / "Member" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or bonus amounts credited to an Account, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount a Member must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by atm138 before processing withdrawals or raising account limits.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the atm138 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. atm138 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. atm138 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the holder cannot demonstrate they meet the minimum age requirement.
2. You must be the legal owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
3. You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law applicable to the individual user. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your place of residence before registering.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of atm138 or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or software suppliers.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently banned, or barred from the Platform for any reason without written reinstatement approval from atm138 compliance staff.
6. You must hold a valid Indonesian bank account in your own name for the purpose of processing withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or Bank Danamon.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the atm138 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, IP address, or device may be classified as duplicate accounts. In such cases, atm138 reserves the right to close all but one account, void associated bonus claims, and suspend pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. atm138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

atm138 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds. Requested documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP or valid passport) and proof of address no older than three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. atm138 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and select e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes subject to banking system availability.

4.2 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposits where technically possible. atm138 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission.
• atm138 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk parameters. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be held for up to 5 business days.
• Withdrawals of amounts derived entirely from bonus funds without any real-money wagering activity may be declined pending review.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). atm138 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Transaction Fees. atm138 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inter-bank transfer fees, which are outside atm138's control and responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

atm138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from your real-money Balance until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement applicable to all welcome and deposit bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the combined value of the deposit amount and the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will expire automatically after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum per round or per spin may result in voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• atm138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after being credited, atm138 will communicate the reason via account notification or email.

5.2 Bonus Abuse. atm138 employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and use of automated betting scripts. Where bonus abuse is identified, atm138 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict or permanently close the Account.

6. Gameplay Rules

atm138 offers a broad portfolio of gaming products including live casino tables, RNG-based slot machines, sports betting markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw games. The following general gameplay rules apply across all product categories.

6.1 Game Integrity. All RNG-based games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

6.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including pre-match, live in-play, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are subject to the specific rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the main Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for that market.

6.3 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform's system and a bet reference number has been issued. atm138 is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to connectivity issues on the user's side.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or data feed failure that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, atm138 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the staked amount to the Member's Account balance. No winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be honored.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within each game interface and sportsbook market. atm138 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

atm138 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Members. We offer the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the atm138 Platform. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated method to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing anomalies in sportsbook odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from demonstrable exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime or fraud.
• Accessing the Platform using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening communication directed at atm138 staff or other users via any Platform channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any Platform software.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the atm138 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of atm138 or is used under license from third-party rights holders including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from atm138.

Unauthorized use of any atm138 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, atm138 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the above, atm138 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or telecommunications failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game guides.
• Any tax liability you may incur in your country of residence as a result of gambling winnings.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, atm138's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

atm138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

atm138 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the relevant service.

12. Amendments to These Terms

atm138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent on-platform notification and/or email to the address registered to your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team prior to the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied in the jurisdiction in which atm138 is licensed and registered. atm138 is licensed and regulated as an international online gaming operator.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through atm138's formal complaints procedure. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitral institution agreed upon by both parties at the time of the dispute. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
